CHICAGO– February 28, 2018 – Today, STATS, the worldwide leader in sports data and intelligence, announced the hiring of Greg Valiquette as Vice President of International Sales.
Valiquette will work out of STATS’ London office leading teams across EMEA and APAC. He has spent the last 20 years in product and sales leadership roles for major broadcasters and telecommunications companies, and comes equipped with a strong understanding of the STATS business.
“Greg’s extensive background, along with his understanding of our products and international markets, made him a clear fit for this position,” said Richard Henderson, Chief Revenue Officer at STATS. “From London, Greg will serve a vital role in further building out our international business. I am excited to see where his passion and understanding of that market will lead us.”
Originally from Canada, Greg relocated to London in 2014 and has worked most recently in the Video Apps space, running sales for Massive Interactive and then Accedo. As part of his time at Massive and Accedo, Valiquette helped put together the DAZN sports streaming service with Perform Group, as well as major deals with Deutsche Telekom, BBC Worldwide and Mediaset, to name a few. Prior to moving to London, Valiquette was responsible for digital products for the Bell Media Group in Canada.
